Holy Made Shipping Policy

At Holy Made, we value every order and are committed to making sure your experience with us is seamless and dependable. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or any delays, we will notify you promptly by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States (and internationally if specified). Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days if applicable

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination and customs)

 

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside our control (such as weather, customs, or carrier issues).

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Occasionally, Holy Made may offer free shipping promotions, these will be clearly advertised when available.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if available. You can use this information to follow your package until it arrives at your door.

 

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Holy Made is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can update your information before your order ships.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. While shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once the package leaves our facility, Holy Made will assist in filing claims or sending replacements when appropriate.

 

International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Holy Made has no control over these charges, and they are not included in our product or shipping costs.
