Refund Policy for Holy Made

At Holy Made, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase and satisfied with their experience. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, please review our Refund Policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products that have no defect

 

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@holymade.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

 

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product if defective, please follow the same return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Otherwise, we do not offer exchanges for any other purpose.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue along with receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@holymade.com.

9. Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending upon where products are being shipped to. You should receive your product sometime between 14 to 29 business days. Products are shipped during normal business days and hours and do not include weekends.
